Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and CovenantLight Ministries. By creating or accessing an account, you agree to be bound by them.

The portal has no public, self-service sign-up. You may use it only once your ministry team has enrolled you in a cohort — attempting to access or probe it without a valid enrollment is not permitted.

This portal is an assessment and credentialing tool. It is not a content or learning management system — it does not host lessons, videos, or course material. Its role is to run timed, auto-graded exams within your cohort's modules and to issue verifiable certificates as you pass them.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts are personal to the candidate, examiner, or administrator they were created for. Sharing an account, or sitting an exam on someone else's behalf, is an integrity violation under the section below.

Which cohort and which modules you can see and sit exams for is controlled by your enrollment, set by an administrator. You will only see modules you're enrolled in — anything else is simply absent from your dashboard, not merely hidden.

Every exam result and certificate is only meaningful if it reflects your own work. While sitting an exam, you agree that you will:

• Answer the questions yourself, without outside assistance from another person or an AI tool.
• Not share, copy, publish, or otherwise reproduce exam questions or answers, during or after the exam.
• Not attempt to access, view, or sit an exam on behalf of anyone else, or have anyone sit one on your behalf.
• Not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the exam timer or grading.

As described in our Privacy Policy, the portal records if you switch away from the exam tab while a timed exam is open — it does not use a webcam, microphone, or screen recording. If we determine an exam was compromised by a violation of these rules, we may void the attempt, revoke any certificate issued from it, and restrict further access to the portal.

A timed exam's clock runs continuously from the moment you start it and is not paused by closing the tab, losing connectivity, or a device issue on your end — your answers and place are saved as you go, so reopening the exam returns you to where you left off, but the timer keeps running. Each exam has a fixed number of permitted attempts (retakes), set by the examiner; there is no guarantee of an extension or an additional attempt for a missed or interrupted session, though an administrator may grant one at their discretion.

A certificate issued by this portal attests that, at the time stated on it, the named candidate passed the specified module or completed the specified cohort under our standard exam rules. It is a ministry credential issued by CovenantLight Ministries — it is not an accredited academic degree or qualification, and we make no representation that any other institution will recognize it as one.

Every certificate has a public verification link by design, so that anyone who holds it can confirm the certificate is genuine — see our Privacy Policy for what that page shows. We reserve the right to revoke a certificate that was issued in error or as the result of an integrity violation; a revoked certificate's verification page will reflect that status.

In addition to the exam-specific rules above, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain access to another user's account or data.
• Probe, scan, or test the portal's security, or attempt to disrupt its availability.
• Use the portal for any purpose other than your own enrollment, or that of candidates you administer.
• Upload or submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.

The portal's software, design, and the exam content authored for Fast-Tracked Spiritual Growth (FTSG) belong to CovenantLight Ministries or its licensors. Your enrollment gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the portal to sit your exams and view your own results and certificates — nothing more.

The portal relies on third-party infrastructure and services (see our Privacy Policy for the current list) to operate. We are not responsible for outages or issues originating from those providers, though we will work to restore service as quickly as we reasonably can.

We aim to keep the portal available whenever exams are scheduled, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time.

The portal is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CovenantLight Ministries is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal, including a missed exam window caused by a technical interruption.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, including the exam integrity rules above. You may stop using the portal at any time; certificates already earned and the record of exams already sat are not affected by later withdrawal from a cohort.

We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever these terms change, and where a change is significant, we'll look for a reasonable way to let enrolled candidates know directly. Continuing to use the portal after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
